  • Assisted manufacturer in divesting itself of an underperforming product line including the sale of related patents and trademarks
  • Negotiated international patent license for individual inventor worth several million dollars over five years
  • Successfully built complex trademark portfolio for DC area restaurateur including swift and favorable disposition of unusually challenging prosecution
  • Negotiated software development contract for complex supply chain management system
  • Established patent coverage for business method related to auctioning advertising space
